About
Who is Dr Armadillo?
Dr Armadillo is a free, confidential problem and crisis relief service.

It was founded by doctor with thirty years experience in the NHS, someone who understands professional responsibility and human vulnerability. It is now growing into a team of committed, compassionate like-minded listeners- The Armadillos.

The service is about understanding, not judgment.

We are not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact emergency services or seek urgent help through recognised organisations such as The Samaritans or Mind. Where safeguarding concerns arise, we may share information with relevant agencies.
